Paradise Found

The property was exactly as pictured, and immaculate. The kitchen had every item you would need for cooking and serving , all of the highest quality. The king size bed was very comfortable, an abundance of linens were all of fine quality. There was plenty of storage including a walk in closet in the master. Anything you would need for the beach, toys,umbrellas,etc. was also provided. The in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. The property location is amazing, the unit itself is quiet. Walk to the private Pepper Tree beach in under 3 minutes without crossing the road! The pool area and pickleball court were very popular as well. Having the Siesta Key trolley in front of the property was a great bonus. Kudos to the amazingly quick response by the rental agent to our minor maintenance issue, and it was New Year's Eve afternoon! We've already reserved for next year!

We love the gulf-side location of the condo, and the short walk to the beach. A great place to stay for a vacation or a working vacation.

Resort condominium

The condominium is in a pleasant, well run resort on a spectacular beach. The unit is fully equipped and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We look forward to returning.

Condo was beautifully decorated. All your kitchen and bathroom needs. Enjoyed the pond with fountain outback. Short walk to the beach. Plan on returning next year.

Great location on Siesta Key!

Great location with plenty of space for two couples or a family of four. Short walk to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. Condo complex well maintained and staff was very helpful and friendly. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Our SiestaKey vacation

My husband, myself and our son thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The beautiful beach was a short walk away and the view of the fountain and lake was great, as well. It was equipped with everything we needed, very clean and updated. We would love to rent it again next year!

I rented for two full months from 01/01/2016 thru 02/29/2016. I found the condo to be roomy, very comfortable, decorated well, beds in each bedroom were comfortable and spacious, condo was fully equipped with modern kitchen appliances, two telephones, two TVs, Wifi, and adequate kitchen ware, bedrooms had adequate storage room, bathrooms were well equipped and plumbing worked well everywhere, exterior doors fitted with secure locking devices, condo lighting was well installed, and every appliance worked well for my entire stay. Condo was equipped with very close and designated automobile parking space outside,

Siesta Key

We love our holiday at Peppertree! We have been coming here for the last 7 years for the month of Nov. we love the location of this unit..on a pond with a 2 min walk to a lovely beach. Also the unit is a very well kept, upgraded , newly renovated place. The owners live close and are always available if there is a problem.

Highly recommended when travelling with children

This condo is our favorite when travelling to Sarasota! Our children love it and we really feel at home there. It is clean, updated and has a lovely view to the pond. The pool and the beach are in walking distance. The people who stay and live in Peppertree are super friendly. There are grocery stores and good restaurants within driving minutes. It was a great experience and we will definitely return!
