It is centrally located between Spanish Springs & Lake Sumter in a quiet well established neighborhood, you will find the Village of De la Vista South right in the middle of three great Country Clubs; Tierra del Sol, Hacienda Hills, and Chula Vista. It is also located between SPANISH SPRINGS TOWN SQUARE and LAKE SUMTER LANDING MARKET SQUARE. Both Squares provide excellent restaurants, movie theater, shopping, nightly entertainment and dancing; You will find Tennis at all three Country Clubs, with Chula Vista offering volley ball and pickle ball or your recreational pleasure. Swimmers will find an ADULT POOL at Tierra and Chula, the Rio Grande Recreational Center offers a FAMILY POOL, and now a brand new Pool at Mission Hill. Lawn bowling and an outdoor range for air guns.
