This home was wonderful - the pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, lots of space and extremely clean. All amenities you could want. The host is very generous in providing items to make your stay easier, and a very nice touch with dunkin donuts coffee available for us to use. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting to visiting the area. Host communicated greatly and was available if we had any questions.

Briana was an excellent host and had clear instructions for the entire rental period. The house was as beautiful as the pictures and so comfortable. Every bed was cozy and the bedding was good quality too. The kitchen had everything you need to make your meals. 1000% would stay again.

The townhome was absolutely beautiful, and our host, Brianna, was incredibly attentive, making our entire stay exceptional. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The accommodations were spotless, and the extra amenities far exceeded our expectations.This was by far one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. The home was tastefully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for preparing meals, relaxing, and enjoying our time away. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.

Everything was new, clean, in working order, and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed the location and did not experience one problem while staying there. It appeared that the host did everything in her power to make our stay comfortable and she was wonderful to communicate with as well. We had a lovely vacation and have absolutely no complaints! Would love to stay there again.

Amazing!

Brianna’s house is absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for our family of 6, the house was spotless and it was in a perfect location. We were within 45 minutes of several beaches and the resort community was so peaceful. The garage was also stocked with plenty of things to make the stay better including beach chairs (which we used everyday). If you’re looking for a centralized spot to all the beaches, I highly recommend staying in this location!

Amazing trip

This property is so incredible, the townhouse, the community, and the amenities were all so amazing. Run don’t walk you are missing out if you do not rent this property. The community offers so much to do if you don’t want to leave to shop, eat or go to the beach. We went to the pools everyday. The townhouse has everything you need for a fun filled vacation. It definitely was a home a way from home for our weeks vacation. Thank you for sharing your property with us ! We want to come back next year !

Family Vacation

I own in the Peninsula but my family is too large for our house. I rented the house for 2 of my adult children and their families, (total of 4 adults, 3 children) Beautiful and comfortable house. House is exactly as the picture portray. All the information and expectations given in a clear and precise binder. The host very pleasant communicative and helpful. My children loved the house, very comfortable. I recommend this property and if needed would rent here again.

Amazing!

This home was gorgeous! The decor was so well done and the layout was perfect. Our family of 6 which included an 8 month old couldn't have been more comfortable. There was plenty of space for privacy but also plenty of space for being together. Everything down to the dinnerware and utensils felt curated and in fact I asked Brianna about the dining room rug and she sent me a link! To say we appreciated the aesthetic of the home is an understatement. The home also smelled like a new home and was spotless. Our 8 month old grandson "army crawled" everywhere in the downstairs and never once did he seem to be picking up any dust, etc on his clothing or hands. An added bonus was the ducks and birds outside the living room sliding glass doors visiting a neighbor's bird feeder. Our grandson loved watching them. The community is gorgeous! We loved the amenities especially the wave pool, the pool bar, and the gym. All are an easy walk from the home. There is also a bay front beach (with a bathroom and fishing pier) which is lovely. All the staff and residents we encountered were beyond polite and cheery. This definitely added to the wonderful vibe of the community. We will be returning!

Brianna was very responsive and helpful. The townhome was just the right size for us. (6 adults and one toddler)I would have preferred a location with a short walking distance to the clubhouse and pool because most of our activities were located in that area but we could not find the path except for the golf cart paths which I believe is not allowed for use by pedestrians. Other than that, the home is beautifully furnished and has complete kitchen cookware. They also have bikes and a canoe stored in the garage.
