To truly embrace the beach lifestyle on Topsail Island, choose 223 Turtle Cove - C-Notes in the prestigious Turtle Cove Complex. This inviting retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation with its cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and spacious living areas. Imagine gathering with loved ones on the open upper balcony off the living room, watching the breathtaking colors of the sunset dance across the sound. Alternatively, enjoy a moment of tranquility as you soak in the sunset views from the covered balcony off the master bedroom. Make your vacation unforgettable!

The master bedroom is located on the lower level, complete with a private full bathroom and private balcony. The upper level contains the open balcony, living area, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom accessed via a short hallway, and bedroom.

Guests will have access to the community's swimming pool, which is conveniently located right in front of the townhome. Guests will also be able to utilize the community's private beach access, located across the street by the community's oceanfront building at 904 S. Shore Drive (just remember to bring your pass to open the gate!). This cottage is perfect for small groups looking to vacation together, or families looking to bond at the beach. Whether it's in your journal, pictures, or a song in your head, C-Notes will help you begin or continue your fondest memories on Topsail! Enjoy your streaming service on the Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, by logging in on smart TV apps like Netflix, Hulu, and more! (personal logins required to access apps) . The washer and dryer are located inside the property on the lower level. The outside shower has hot and cold water but is not enclosed.

Bed sizes include a King, a Queen, a Twin Bunk Bed with Trundle, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Please arrange to bring your own sheets and towels.

When we arrived the couch cushions didn’t have covers on them. The floors were disgusting. The bottom of our feet were black after an hour in the condo. Counters had crumbs and goo on them. The toaster didn’t toast, only bake. It had a huge burn mark on the top of it. The bunk beds are shown and described as a twin over full. So we bring the correct size bedding. In reality it’s a twin over twin. We call And voice our concerns. We are informed it’s saturday and not an emergency so they will call us Monday. Also informed no one else had complained about the bunk beds. They did send someone out to clean the floors Saturday evening. Never got that call Monday. Or ever. Found the couch cushion covers in the dryer. Bought a new toaster and mop with cleaning solution that we left there. Made sure the house was spotless when we left. Very disappointed.

No WiFi

The condo is in a great location, very close to the beach. The only complaint we had was that there was no WiFi the entire time we were there. We had some that had to work so we used up all of our hotspot data for this to be accomplished.

What a great place to rent in Surf City. You have the pool, walking distance to beach, and bagels.

I live on the sound so it was so wonderful and safe to have family with small children renting across the street. The kids loved the bunk beds, beach and especially the pool! We will rent there again!

Clean, well equipped

We stayed with our 2 teens and mother in law. The room configurations were perfect as we each had our own room and bathrooms to use. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. The pool was right across the way. There are a lot of stairs (a flight to get into the unit and a steep flight up to the kitchen/living room and 1 bed and bath. This was not an issue for us but could be for someone who has issues with steps.

Pretty good

It was a nice place but there were small things that made it less enjoyable. Our internet went out for over a day. It was ok because the weather was nice and we felt with it. With YouTube tv if the internet is out, cable is out. Also if the internet goes out outside of business hours, you can’t get anything done due to it not being an emergency. We also found some cockroaches so that was pretty gross. There were no screen doors so we could not have the sliding doors open which was a bummer. Finally the outdoor shower was pretty nonexistent which made it hard to get all the sand off before entering the condo. The knobs for washing off feet was also rusted out and dangerous to turn. All in all it was a good place to stay and we would rent there again. If they fix a few things it will be great. The location is fantastic and a short walk to the beach.

Great location but needs to be cleaner and updated

The location was wonderful and I loved the complex. The private beach was great and so worth the price. The view was also awesome! I actually enjoyed the sound view more than a beach view. Although the property was great the floors were very sandy. I get that you're at the beach but I would have expected the floors to not have been so sandy already upon arrival. Also most of the dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned prior to use. The dishwasher also doesn't work well either so we spent a lot of time washing dishes. The dishes were also put away dirty which was how we discovered that they were dirty which is not a good surprise when you're on vacation. The air ducts and fans were also incredibly noticeably dusty. They looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. Not a big deal but it just looked gross. There was also a WHOLE LOT of trash left outside by the previous renter. In the owners defense, the trash truck comes each Monday so the way it works is you have to take out the trash for the previous guest and since the rental is Saturday to Saturday this is unavoidable. The mess was so nasty though that we had to haul the actual bags that were overflowing out of the outside bin to the street which was only about 10 feet so luckily not far. A neighbor told us that the previous tenants had around 12 people in the unit which explains things but I still think that the cleaners should have fixed it prior to our arrival. The neighbors who owned their unit next door were super nice and answered all our questions. He also helped me hose down the trash area which was disgusting by this point. But still, it was great to have good neighbors. Overall this unit was an excellent value for peak season and the location and pool area for the kids was unbeatable but there was a bit to be desired in the cleanliness department. In the interest of making this review constructive I would stay there again given the value but management should be aware of the condition in which my party recieved the unit. Plus side also there was a great working blender so smoothies and drinks were awesome! Thanks!

Won’t stay in this unit again.

It was a nice rental. The house was not clean when we arrived. The listing said there were two TVs , there was only one. It’s not kid friendly though. There are like 14 steps that are straight down in the unit and no baby gates. The storage unit downstairs was very well equipped with beach toys/chairs/ baby & kid floats. Someone called and complained that we had 18 people staying. Which was not true. We did have some staying in a hotel that would come for meals & to go to the beach. Lewis reality was very understanding and nice about that situation. Overall, I would not stay in this rental again. I would definitely use Lewis reality!
