Surf Condos 223 - Poolside Relaxation by the Sea!

Enjoy playing in the surf at the highly desirable Surf Condominiums located in the heart of Surf City. The Surf Condos are great for vacationers who want to be within a short distance of Surf City’s business district. Beautifully landscaped, some outside amenities include a swimming pool with a poolside gazebo, and multi-level decking around the pool. Relax on the deck furnishings provided. There are several outdoor showers and two private beach walkways that lead to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters.

The large parking lot is available to guests and residents and is guarded during the summer months. An onsite laundry facility is available for guests and owners alike. Pets are not permitted at any Surf Condo offered as a vacation or long-term rental. Boats, trailers, and jet skis are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Surf Condos 223 is located in the #2 building which offers great pool and ocean views to enjoy from the deck. As you enter the one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath unit you are greeted by beautiful wood-type flooring. In the bedroom, you will find a king bed along with a television. You also will have access to the full bath from this bedroom. In the hallway, in a special bunk nook, you will find the area for the little sailors to slumber with a bunk bed (two twins). The kitchen area features an open and airy feeling along with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa along with flat panel television, DVD player, and wireless internet. The living area also provides access to the deck overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean, perfect to watch the sunrise!

The Surf Condos Complex offers Cable and community Wi-Fi service to all units. Log-in information will be provided at check-in.

➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

➤No Smoking is allowed inside the property or on its decks.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are included with all guest reservations!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per person, a bathmat for each full bathroom, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.
