If you've been looking for the perfect vacation in Southwest Florida, look no further than Falling Waters. Its stately gated entrance gives way to a grand boulevard lined with trees, flowers, and waterfalls leading to the condo. Enjoy a 3 BR / 2 BA 1570 square feet of living space plus rear lani giving this end-unit lots of light and an airy feel. You'll love the walk-in showers and contemporary yet comfortable furnishings including large screen flat panel television

We've spared no expense to ensure that the accommodation is ready to meet your perfect vacation wish list. The unit has WIFI internet and cable TV. Included in your stay is our 13,000 sq. ft pool (one of largest in SW Florida) a great spot to relax, meet neighbors, and catch some sun. The clubhouse complex has 2 tennis courts shaded boccie Courtsand and a putting green. The 3 mile neighborhood walking/biking path is a great way to get some exercise.

Outside of Falling Waters' gates lie Naples's rich amenities offer world-class gulf beaches, golfing, shopping, art centers, fishing, and nature preserves all within a 10 - 15 minute drive. 5th Ave is a short drive. (5 Miles) from the Condo, We are confident that you will love Falling Waters not only for its luxury and comfort, but how easy it is to take advantage of all Naples has to offer.

The unit has 3 BR / 2 BA. The master BR has a King size bed and offers an oversized walk-in shower. 2nd BR has a king-size bed, and 3rd BR has 2 twin beds. The guest bath includes a full tub and shower.

We provide beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We're confident you'll love Naples!

Please note this is a 100% non-smoking unit including the exterior lanai. No smoking is permitted. No pets. High Season Jan, Feb, and March require a 30-day minimum stay.

Nicely decorated condo with all the comforts of home

We recently returned from a stay at this condo. Our family includes 2 adults and 3 children and the space was perfect for us. The pool is wonderful, beaches are about 10 minutes away and the owners were a pleasure to work with.

We spent February in this condo. It was very clean when we arrived which I appreciated. The kitchen had anything we needed along with plenty of linens, towels, etc. Fred, the owner, was available immediately if we needed anything. It was an enjoyable month.

WONDERFUL CONDO !!

Comfortable, Well Stocked, and Beautifully Decorated with owners who are easy to reach and helpful with our questions. Comfortable: beds, living room furniture, and eating spaces were all very comfy ! Well stocked: from the selection of pans to beach towels and other linens, everything that we needed was close at hand. Beautifully decorated: Every room was very nicely devorated yet not overdone. The condo was sparkling clean Owners: Frank and Patti are great ! .

This was the first time my husband and I have been to Falling Waters and we are already Booked for next year. The Condo was beautifully furnished , meticulously clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for an extended stay. The owners were quick to respond to any questions before we arrived and a pleasure to deal with in every way. The location is just a short walk to the gorgeous resort style pool and tennis and bocce courts. We would and already have recommended this condo at Falling Waters to friends.

Relaxing location 20 minutes from the beaches

Every thing was great. We had great weather. Owner was very responsive. Condo was laid out well. Grandkids loved loved the pool. 15-20 minute drive to the beach. We went to Lowdermilk beach around 10am to be sure to get parking and then came back to pool in late afternoon. Falling Waters was very well kept up with lots of vegetation. Highly recommend this unit for a relaxing vacation.

Another great stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property on vacation, and it was very nice again. The large pool is beautiful and location is just a few miles from the beach. After we arrived, hurricane Ian was on track to hit Naples, and the owners were very accommodating based on the situation. Not exactly how we had hoped our vacation would go, but more importantly, everyone was safe. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely go back again. :)

Paradise in Naples

We spent our Christmas holiday in this unit and from the moment we arrived all we could say was WOW. The unit was very clean, the kitchen well appointed with everything you could need to prepare a meal - we did our Christmas dinner with all trimmings. The on site pool was one of the main attractions when viewing this property and it did not disappoint. It's huge with plenty of tables and loungers for sunbathing. The unit had a screened in porch with table a chairs and a lounger that backed up to beautiful landscaping (no nosy neighbors looking in). I highly recommend this unit and host. The only concern I could point to is that this is a second floor unit with stairs only access. If you have mobility issues you might want to consider a ground floor unit on this property. That wasn't a concern for us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous month at Falling Waters

We rented from Frank Conte. His condo was clean, nicely but not overly furnished or decorated which made it very relaxing. The sound of the nearby water falls was so lovely. Falling Waters is a fabulous place to stay. The resort like pool makes you feel like you are at a high end resort. The landscaping is beautiful and the proximity to both Rt. 75 and 5th Ave in Naples is just perfect. Frank is a caring and attentive landlord. Great experience!

We were very fortunate to get Frank's condo at the last minute. Frank was very easy to work with. No hiccups at check in. Condo was decorated very nicely and the furniture and beds were very comfortable which is not always the case. We would rent for this couple again.

Great Condo - Great Owners - Amazingly huge pool

My wife and two children (10 year old twins) came down from Toronto to stay at Frank's condo in Naples for Christmas break. The condo was well kept, clean, and ready for our arrival. It's got high ceilings and an outdoor sitting area which is screened in. Perfect for hanging outside when the sun is too hot or later in the evening. Frank was great and had arranged all of the necessary paperwork for us to get gate access and poll passes. He's got beach chair, towels, bedding, etc. The pool was enormous and well heated which is a must for my wife and kids. There are ton's of lounge chairs there too so no need to get there early to hold seats. I'm going back next year!

Great, comfortable condo to spend Spring Break

Condo slept four adults and 2 children with ease. Nice furniture and completely renovated kitchen with granite countertops. The resort style pool was great for coming back from the beach or skipping the beach all together and spending the day there. We would recommend staying here. The only drawback was the beach parking situation.
