Separate entry, with off street parking, fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace and private laundry. Unit has full access to the private back yard. Just minutes off Trans Canada Highway, minutes away from the Saanich Inlet, 20 minutes from Langford / Victoria and Duncan, a short ferry ride to Butchard Gardens and close to shopping / restaurants in the community of Mill Bay.

Worked for the Banks, worked are a retailer for 2 gas stations and flipped foreclosed real estate renovating the properties myself

I have Hosted almost 8 years previously in Langley, BC in the lower mainland and now in Mill Bay.

My partner just moved from Ukraine well over a year ago. She can speak, Ukriane, Russian, some Polish, Romanian and German.

Mill Spring part of Mill Bay is a very quiet, friendly community. The properties are large with larger size homes.

What makes this property unique

The previous owners planted many trees, shrubs, flowers on the property. When guests relax outside it feels like a park like setting. Several sitting areas to enjoy, with the sound of the water fountain.

The suite area has French Doors ground level to the back yard. Suite just renovated has all new appliances, kitchen cabinets, paint, and flooring.
