Unobstructed ocean front view. Pool Bar and Marina Cafe. All new furniture, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen and bathrooms include new granite countertops and new cabinets. Italian tile installed throughout, as well as new tiled shower walls. New posturepedic King and Queen mattresses. New queen size posturepedic sleeper sofa. This VIP suite sleeps 4-6 people very comfortably.

Large LED T.V.'s with free WIFI and internet. X-Large Washer and Dryer, and Kitchen equipped with all of your cooking needs. New Hurricane Windows for safety and soundproofing.

Weekly, Monthly and Long-term Renters Welcome.

This ocean front suite is located on a 65 acre private resort. Ideally located near Marina Café(food to order), Private Beach, gazebo, boat ramp, newly renovated Jr. Olympic size pool and Hot Tub with food and liquor bar. Pool is heated and cooled. Other activities include lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, play ground, Tiki Huts, and outdoor grills.

Guests may make reservations to bring their boat up to 28' in length. There is both Wet Slips and Trailer Parking. Fees do apply and vary upon season. Insurance and Registration is required in the name of the guest staying at the resort.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please note that check out is at 9 am, unless orher arrangements have been made via the host.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All Fish Cleaning must be done out by the fish station at the beach.
Scuba Tanks and gear is not allowed inside the suite. Please either leave in your vehicle or at the dive company.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. The balcony is pretty small so the 4 of us could not sit at the same time but that was ok. Very nice view of the sunrise every morning. The pool is very close by and very clean/well maintained. Food and beverages served at the pool bar were good and the bathrooms pristine. Several good restaurants and grocey store near by. Had very prompt communication from the host as well. My only suggestion would be maybe provide a few more coasters to protect the furniture and a few more checkout instructions. Overall great stay!

Why they chose this property

This beautifully renovated, non-smoking suite is in a perfect location. Newly Renovated Hot Tub and Pool in February 2016. Travel south to explore all that the Keys have to offer. Travel North, to enjoy the night life and/or shopping of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Located in the center of the Fishing and Scuba Diving Capital of the World. You won't be caught in the typical 'Keys traffic Jam'. The suite is situated just north of where Oversee's Highway opens up to two lanes. No more being late for your flight.

What makes this property unique

We do NOT charge daily WIFI/Internet fees that the resort would charge.
Guests are allowed to bring a boat up to 28' long. These reservations must be made with the Marina directly. There is both Wet Slips and Parking for your trailer and boat. Fees do apply and vary depending upon season. Registration and Insurance are required in the name of the guest staying at the resort.
