The property was perfect for a large group! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, and other essentials. The location was ideal, with plenty of great food options nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great place for groups looking for convenience and comfort.

Their home is beautiful and fun. I like their tea kettles for hot water. It was nice to have a big kitchen to cook in while making tea and coffee. They provided privacy and easy check in and out. Overall a good stay close to the Long Beach convention for Jehovahs Witnesses Eternal Happiness event.

The property was an easy drive to Disneyland and the house was huge and perfect for our family. We didn’t get any stupid ticky tacky charges when we left and the checkout was easy. I’d definitely stay here again.

Good place that was able accommodate 4.5 families. Plenty of room where we didn't feel crowded.Main issue was beds were too firm for some of our old bodies:) We recommend having mattress toppers.

The property was not clean when we arrived. Floorboards, showers, toilets were filthy. Air vents/filters have not been cleaned in some time. I had to contact the host to schedule cleaners to come out. The Host quickly responded and got cleaners out immediately. The yard is not kept up, bird poop, weeds everywhere. The turf had nails sticking up and so the kids had to be very careful where they walked & played

LBGP Trip

The house wasn't stocked with the amount of kitchen items that are normally in the vrbo rentals, example 6 forks, 4 small spoons, and 6 large spoons for a house that can accommodate 16. The house was tidy, but the walls were very dirty, The pictures of the outside are misleading. The play area isn't in the backyard, it is in a very small front yard, so we didn't feel that it was safe to let the kids play out there without adults always out there. In the pictures it shows a covered patio with a BBQ, that patio is attached to a different house that is behind the house we rented, so it wasn't able to be used.
