We love our home for so many reasons! From the close proximity to Seymour pond and the bike path, to the dead end Street. This home is our restful retreat and we hope you enjoy it just as much as we do.

This ranch style home offers Central AC, WiFi, and flat screens in each room. You will find this home nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the bike trail, bayside beaches, and shopping. Enjoy one floor living in this centrally located home. When you enter this home you will find the open floor plan allows you to gather the family around the dining table with seating for 6. Watch the Red Sox play on the large flat screen tv in the living room. The breakfast bar is a perfect place for kids to color or enjoy crafts or journal about the days fun activities, while waiting for dinner to be served. This home has wonderful natural light from the skylights and beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

Down the hall are the 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a full-sized washer and dryer located in the basement.

Enjoy starry skies and colorful sunsets on the outside deck with al fresco dining and gas grill. After a fun filled beach day be sure to enjoy the Cape Cod tradition and wash the sand and salt away in the enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy yard games on the freshly landscaped yard complete with in- ground sprinklers.

There are 4 Kayaks provided and located in the basement. Use at Your Own Risk.

With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home.
Max parking of cars at property: 3. No parking on Lawn anytime.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
