Convenient to Rehoboth/Dewey, this exceptional location allows access to the beach without the hassle of traffic & lights on Rt 1 & Rehoboth Ave. By the numbers, this solar-powered house offers 7 bedrooms, 6 parking spaces, a 5 min drive to the beach, 4 bathrooms, 3 porches/patios, 2 levels, & 1 pool.

New to VRBO but not new to summer rentals. Enjoy this spacious property with your family and friends.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area is complimented by a large screened in porch, spacious covered balcony, a private deck off the master bedroom, and an oversized yard with a pool, patio, grill, and firepit. Completely updated, the house boasts an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large island, fully stocked for the basics or a culinary adventure. The kitchen and porch are furnished with large tables, in addition to seating for four at the island.

You will rest comfortably in this house’s seven large bedrooms with no bunkbeds. Four spacious bathrooms with generous vanities ensure all guests a pleasant stay. For your comfort the house is centrally air conditioned and all living, bedroom, and porch spaces have ceiling fans. The back yard features a 40ft pool with areas to lounge and enjoy active and passive recreation. There is room for six cars to park in front of the house.

This is a traditional beach rental: guests bring linens, towels, and beach gear. Pillows and comforters are provided.

Wonderful Rehobeth Memories!

The perfect place for a group of old friends to reconnect on the occasion of a celebration of life of one of our mentors. The house lent itself perfectly to gathering and reflecting and laughing and tearing up some too. Thank you!
