No smoking anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fine will be enforced for violations.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Check-out is 10 AM.

Sand must be rinsed off before entering the building to avoid additional cleaning fees.

If pool bands are used during your stay, they must be left in the condo to avoid a $200 replacement fee.

Pool Rules:

Swimming is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No glass permitted in pool areas.
Broken glass will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation.
