Looking for a luxurious and spacious home to accommodate your family? Look no further! Our 5 bedroom house in the gated community of Village Walk in Port Aransas is perfect for families looking to have some beach fun. Built in 2023, this modern abode offers all the amenities you need for an unforgettable vacation!
The space
Amazing accommodations await your stay at this Village Walk beauty! This is one of the largest homes in the neighborhood!
The first floor greets you with a wide open floor plan and high lofted ceilings. The modern fully equipped kitchen is a home chef’s dream! The gracious living and dining room, along with an upstairs family room ensure there is adequate space for your whole group.
Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV. First floor Master Suite with king bed and ensuite luxury bathroom. Upstairs two more bedrooms with comfy kings and one bedroom with two twins and another bedroom with queen bed.
No waiting for your turn here, we have 4 full baths and one half bath!
Sip back and relax in the shade on the back porch rockers while the kids splash away in the heated/cooled Village Walk pool just a few steps down the walkway and visible from porch.
The back porch is a great wind down in the evenings as well as the fire pit patio surrounded by chairs for exclusive use of your family/group.
Easy and fun beach transportation is optional with a 6 passenger golf car. Make it yours for only $150 per night plus $300 refundable security/damage deposit. (Ex: 4 night stay would be $750)
