Family fun

The property was beautiful loved having a pool, guest house WiFi etc very secluded The views are magnificent.It is somewhat remote from grocery store and the road it’s on is difficult to maneuver Other than that we were very happy

Great views but trouble in paradise

My rating for this property is because the cons outweighed the pros for my family. While we enjoyed our time in St. Croix, we experienced obstacles with the property that put a damper on the stay. Pros* The house and cottage are spacious and the views are spectacular. * The property is gated, quiet, and private. * The kitchen is fully stocked. * The main house has a backup generator.Cons* There are roaches in the kitchen of the main house.* There was a steady leak in the kitchen that pooled in front of the refrigerator making the floor slippery and dangerous.* One bedroom does not have air conditioning. * The shower in one bedroom did not have enough water pressure to take a shower. * The cottage is on a steep slope without a solid walkway. It was difficult to get luggage down the hill.* The cottage does not have a generator.* There are bats in the trees that prevented night swims and made it a scary walk (run) to the cottage after dark. There are not enough lights by the cottage at night. * The gate stopped working at one point so we could not exit. The property is located in an area that is up a hill with very bad roads.* Communication with the host was not great. When we asked questions or reported a concern, we never received assistance.
