The Dutch door lets in the ocean breeze. Enjoy the perfect Southern California weather as you swing on the picture-worthy swings!

Full casita with its own kitchen, bedroom with a walk in closet, living room, full bathroom, and washer and dryer. The living room has a pull out sofa that makes into a full bed. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for an around the table feel for either work or dining together. The patio has a dining area and lounge couch with a fire pit for cozy nights outside. You can park right out front of the casita with direct street level access.
