This bright, airy space has 3 outdoor living areas. A gas grill and firepit are provided.
The apartment is within walking distance from the center of Northport Village.
Our cozy hospitable village hosts 3 public family friendly beaches, G. Marsten Dame public marina, The Mitten Brewery and Barb's Bakery (your life will change after trying one of the cinnamon rolls.)
Northshore Outfitters can accommodate all of your sporting rental needs including e-bikes, paddle boards, and boat rental.
There is a cadre of well appointed shops including The Porcupine, Yard and Lake, Pennington's, and our local rock shop, Northport Trading Post.
Northport hosts 2 craft specialty cocktail bars, Yard and Lake, and, Fingers Crossed.
In addition there are many eateries, several of which host live music. Enjoy jazz at Faro, The Big Hot Woody serves fresh wood fired pizza and often hosts local musicians. Northport Grill has over 15 local beers and ciders on tap with live music and to die for onion rings.
Faro hosts breakfast and lunch with a dinner menu on weekends.
Now, that is what is within walking distance!!!! And all these businesses are locally owned.
Just a short drive (10-20 min) takes you to Leelanau State Park, Christmas Cove, Peterson Park (a rock hounds paradise), Leland, Van's Beach, Suttons Bay, about 6 vineyards, and, hundreds of miles of hiking trails within the State Park and several Leelanau Conservancy locations including Houdek Dunes.

Quiet hours for our neighborhood are 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Please be mindful of the neighborhood.
Please be aware this is a duplex with an upper apartment and a lower apartment. I just ask that folks are mindful there is a neighbor.
There are separate driveways and entrances for each apartment.
