*Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on the property. No fireworks. The parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4 pm and 10 pm. ***Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we enforce our local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.



*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuation. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.

The house and property was just want we wanted for our stay. Plenty of space for all of us traveling together. Direct beach access, essentially in our backyard, was exactly what we were looking for. Host was quick to respond to messages we sent during our stay. Highly recommend this house and we hope to visit again!

Absolutely perfect!

The townhouse is exactly as pictured. The view is absolutely stunning! The kitchen is stocked, even coffee and creamer! There is enough room here for the whole family. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. We had the best time here!

The host is quick to respond to questions and professional in all communications. The kitchen is well equipped with china, utensils and appliances. The location is away from the high rise condos providing a more enjoyable stay.

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of space for everyone! The location, bedrooms and number of bathrooms was a deciding factor on our choice. It did not disappoint! FYI-for those traveling with small children-the main master on the 4th floor has a walk-in closet with A/C. It worked perfectly for my 9 month old granddaughter and her pack-n-play. The laundry room was fit a child’s inflatable bed perfectly. Loved our stay!

This was an excellent property. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of supplies. We had 5 vehicles and there was plenty of parking. Access to the beach was extra ordinary. We really enjoyed this property and will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved this rental. We had to come to Florida unexpectedly for a funeral and this unit had everything we needed for the week. The beach was wonderful. It was so quiet and relaxing.

Excellent property, extremely clean, no problems at all. Checking/out was simple. Location was great, views are phenomenal. Beds are the most comfortable you could hope for, seating and furniture was ample and extremely comfortable. Parking was plentiful. Outfitted with everything one would need, never need to leave except for groceries. Absolutely perfect!

This property was perfect for family and extended family of 10! The elevator made unloading and loading so much easier. Floor plan was just right for us. Kitchen was the best equipped we've ever had. Beach access and provided beach gear was great. The weather did not cooperate, but we had fun in spite of it! The fridge wasn't working properly but the owners responded promptly. All in all, best vacation property yet and we will definitely return next year.

This property is exceptional! 10 stars!! Expansive common areas, beautiful bedrooms & linens, balconies and decks, an indoor elevator, fully decked-out kitchen, lots of beach chairs/umbrellas, 2 garage parking spots and 4 on the driveway, an incredibly responsive host, and check-in was a breeze! Seaside at Tuscany is the middle 4-stories-unit in the building and the online photos are spot on. Rental units on the left and right were occupied during our stay and we never heard a peep from either side--great construction! Views are unobstructed in every direction and the Gulf surf and sand are just a few steps away via the walkway over the dunes. This was an incredible place to stay!!

Amazing family and friends stay

The view and this house were amazing. Had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the beach. We had a group of 10 people and had more than enough room to spread out through the house. Will plan to stay here again for future vacations.

Everything was exactly as described, there were 10 of us who throughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us, everyone had space for privacy but there was also enough room for us to gather together both inside and out. The kitchen has about anything you could imagine for preparing meals.The entire was property was extremely clean.We had a wonderful old friend reunion.
