Our home is centrally located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Anaheim, this custom built home has been remodeled and redesigned with vacation travelers in mind. We are licensed with the City of Anaheim permit# REG2015-00131. "3 Consecutive Night Minimum", contact me with any questions. Maximum occupancy 10 per city guidelines.

This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with all new furniture, decor, and furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with new appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils for your own use, along with a beautiful large family table. The backyard offers a remodeled pool with kid safe gate (heater available for fee) , BBQ, and patio furniture.

We are conveniently located about 2 miles from the Disneyland Resort (less than a 5 min drive), California Beaches less than 20 min away, and Downtown LA 45 min away. This home allows you and your family to enjoy the exciting adventures during the day and escape to a comfortable home at night.

Anaheim Plaza, which features shopping and dining is within walking distance (2 blocks), making it very convenient for you to pick up anything you need during your vacation.

The Anaheim Packing House, a unique, and first of it's kind. It's an OC community gathering location featuring more than 20 small restaurants, with a focus on local, sustainable, and organic ingredients. The locations features a Crepe Shop, fish grill, grilled cheese bar, full cocktail bar, Indian Food, Pizzeria, Comfort Food, Juice Bar, Baker, Chocolatier, Sandwich Shop, Coffee Shop, Mexican Food, Ice Cream, and much more. All of which serve in a communal dining hall that spills to outside covered porches on rail cars located less than 5 min away from our home.

Other amenities include but are not limited to: 3 flat screens with Direct TV, Free WiFi, board games, fooseball.

Wonderful house!

There were a few maintenance issues (dripping shower, leaking washer) but overall we loved our stay and the house was perfect for us.

Standards not met!!!

Beautiful house!!! Although there were some issues! We paid extra for pool to be heated, although we heard the pool equipment running at the designated times, the pool Was always cool or the same temperature as the outside! Never felt warm and we checked daily throughout the day! There was also cups with fluid maybe rain water half full around the pool area next to seating! Also, there were dirt spots on the walls and tables with so much dust you could write your name on them. The outdoor patio tables were full of dirt and the bbq area was filthy with spider webs all over! The only thing that was clean was the grill top! The towels looked as though they had been used for the past year or 2 with some having cleaning stains on the face towels! The bedrooms had NO tvs in them and of the 3 tvs in the house only 2 worked! With one have an HDMI cord that was broken and connected to nothing just laying there. Finally the bathroom sinks kept stopping up having to put our hands in dirty used water for someone to get the water to go down the drain! Overall my family was NOT pleased!!! We have had Amazing experiences thus far and I hate to leave such a staining review but it is an honest review! We literally left the house cleaner than how we arrived!

Awesome House

The house was huge with lots of games and activities for the kids to do (pool). Love the BBQ island in the backyard! Has an awesome jacuzzi hot tub in the master bedroom. Loved it! Very comfortable will definitely be back. Thank-you so much for a great vacation stay home!!!!

Family FUN and Friendly home away from home.

Property manager was very helpful, Home was very accommodating for family fun and games. A couple things you may coincided adding would be a small tool bag. Disney toys in boxes require screw drivers to release objects. Newer towels would be nice but really everything was so convenient. We would book again.

Why they chose this property

This home is in the same neighborhood in which my family and I live. It is very peaceful and very centrally located to many Southern California attractions: Beach (20 min), Knotts Berry Farm (10 min) Hollywood (30 min) Los Angeles (30min). The closest attraction is Disneyland, which is 2 miles away from our location. A quick 3-5 min drive will get you there. This property is great for vacationers as it has an open floor plan and perfect for entertainment. During this down time during COVID-19, we took advantage and upgraded many features and addressed concerns guests had in the past.

What makes this property unique

We put in our life savings to purchase this house. All appliances, furniture, TV's, silverware, plates, pans, towels, are in great condition.

Maid services available upon request for an additional fee.

The home is so close to Disneyland, you can even take a break mid-day to enjoy a swim in the pool, and return to the theme park to enjoy the evening festivities.
