Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all used towels in laundry. Gather all trash in laundry room upon check out if staying 3 days or less. You will return key in the same place you pick up discreetly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be required to use lockbox located on premises for check in. Lockbox is located in breezeway upon entry into building on right side of rail.
Free Parking on 3rd deck and on side streets which is not far from building. You will enter the door that says Elevator A once in elevator push 5.
When checking out, after locking up place key back in lockbox using same code

Location was great-nasty smell in complex

We rented this for a convention…grateful we only had to sleep here…the complex it’s in smelled nasty…dead bugs everywhere…was a difficult check in procedure

I’m extremely saddened you would leave a dishonest review like this. Also when you checked in, you and your associate were intoxicated which probably caused you not to understand instructions as well. The communication was bad because you sent messages from two different accounts on the site. One account from which you paid and another from a random account. Vrbo always sends check in instructions. So that’s not true. As for bugs and smell, if that were so, you would have taken pictures and sent them to Vrbo and not stayed. You did none of this. My community is an awesome location with nice amenities and close to everything. I have raving reviews on other different sites.
