Unit 75 at Chinquapin is a lovely, remodeled, art-filled two bedroom, two bath forestview townhouse with a 2 vehicle carport.
The space
The vaulted beam ceiling great room includes a wall of windows capturing a beautiful forest view. The great room has a gas stove fireplace and opens to the well-appointed kitchen. The dining area easily seats six and the bar overlooking the kitchen has two stools. A large deck extends the living area to the outdoors during the summer with a dining table, chairs, lounge, and propane barbecue for your al fresco dining enjoyment. Carport units are the only units in Chinquapin with covered parking, perfect in winter snows and the only units where you may park a boat trailer during your summer stay.

Entertainment options include a 47” HDTV with HD cable subscription integrated with a surround sound entertainment center including Blu-ray DVD/CD Player and FM Radio. The owners have supplied a small collection of Adventure & Sci-Fi DVDs. The unit has High Speed internet access via a secure wireless router.

The master bedroom has a Cal King size bed (183 cm) with new pillow top mattress and private en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds (each 96.5 cm), a 24″ integrated LED Monitor/DVD for the children, and is adjacent to the guest bathroom. A small collection of children’s classic DVDs are available.
