We came to area to look at CSU for our daughter. The house is conveniently located across from the school through the backyard. The home was inviting and all our needs were met. The host were welcoming and we knew that if we needed anything we could reach out. Highly recommend the home to fellow travelers.
Beautiful home in the heart of Fort Collins! Exceptionally clean, lovely decor and furniture, very comfortable! We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Thank you!
The house was immaculate and my daughter that attends CSU loved having access to free laundry. We enjoyed meals outside in the private backyard. The one very minor drawback to this property was occasional noise from the downstairs apartment. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are beautifully updated.
This was a very clean with fun interior decorations. The rooms were spacious with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was beautiful with new appliances and well stocked. The house is only a 5 minute walk to CSU's music department. There are four restaurants within walking distance. The host were very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.
We loved this house and had a wonderful two nights, three days. The street was quiet, the kitchen was well designed and well-equipped, beds were comfortable and decorating was pleasant and restful. Property was clean and well maintained.
Excellent location, great house and exactly as advertised. The thermostat did keep reseting to a low temp, so probably could use more specific instructions, as it went from 72 to 61 overnight inside the house. Highly recommended.
the house itself was clean and comfortable, well stocked...communication with the host was efficient...the downstairs tenants were a bit annoying-I could hear them talking at night through the vents when I was trying to sleep, and on Monday afternoon and early Tues morning there was a lot of loud, unexplainable noise coming from downstairs, like they were doing construction and using power tools(?)...I guess that comes with renting a place that has downstairs tenants...
This property was perfect for our trips back n forth to campus, so convenient! It is tastefully remodeled and very comfortable. The backyard was really nice with a place to sit and sip coffee in the morning. I highly recommend the Green House for anyone looking to stay in Fort Collins.
Great location! Nice house with large rooms. Living room and dining room were large and comfortable. Nice front porch. Master bedroom and bath were very nice. Good kitchen although not a lot of cookware and a tea kettle would have been useful. Took a bit to find the alley that led to the parking but easy after we did.
We were extremely happy with our stay. Kate and John were very responsive. The house was perfect for our family of six. Great location to center of Fort Collins, shopping and access to the beautiful mountains. Kitchen had all the essentials, loved having washer and dryer available on site, neighborhood was quiet, and the backyard was a great place to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening to watch the sunsets.
Loved the two bathroom set up, the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room The house has a very homey feel with all the modern features with beautiful updates.Only one complaint, the motion light in the small bedroom kept kicking on when guest moved in the bed. Had to keep door open.when sleeping, or remove light.
Beautiful home in a great spot. Practically on CSU Campus. Super clean, nice kitchen, nice tile work throughout the house. Great communication from the host. Convenient parking spot behind the house. Nice towels and kitchen utensils and plates too. I wish we had more time to enjoy the home and use it's amenities.
Our family stayed in this lovely house while visiting Colorado State University as a prospective location for our daughter to attend college. Very convenient, clean, and charming. Thank you
This house was adorable! It was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The home was nicely appointed in every way. The beds we super comfy with a pullout in the living room. Both bathrooms were bright and spacious with everything we needed. We will be back.
I was shocked when I walked into this house. It is beautiful! I really can’t express how pretty the house was, both inside and outside. The neighbourhood is quiet and pretty. Being so nearer to the college, I didn’t expect it to be such a quiet neighbourhood. It’s close to downtown. There is a train that goes by and honked his horn at night, but I didn’t even notice that the first night I was there. The only reason I noticed it the second night was because I was having trouble sleeping. That would not deter us from going back and staying at the same house. We didn’t really need to be in contact with the hosts, so I can’t comment on that part. They were very clear with their instructions and the code to the house worked perfectly… unlike stories I’ve heard from people who have stayed in rental homes.
