Getting Around:
Most of the Mid-City area is walking distance to the Canal Streetcar line. It's extremely pedestrian-friendly and bike-friendly. The Lafitte Greenway provides a safe bike and pedestrian corridor connecting to the French Quarter, as does the streetcar, which you are a block away from. You can also easily and cheaply uber or lyft anywhere in the city!

Great Home Base for Exploring

The space was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for our needs. While not in the heart of a bustling area, it was a comfortable walk to some of our favorite spots from the trip. It’s a great place to come back to and rest after a long day out. The owner was accommodating with our flight schedule, and we had no trouble with check-in or access. There was a brief moment of uncertainty when the listing became inaccessible after booking, but the owner remained responsive and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly in the end.
