Fenced yards and deck feature Adirondack chairs, picnic table, fire pits, and charcoal BBQ grills. You have the WHOLE TRIPLEX to yourself with 3 one car garages, 2 fenced yards and a large balcony deck.
The large master bedrooms have king beds and ensuite half baths. The second bedrooms also feature a king bed. The living spaces share no common walls. We LOVE dogs and they stay free (sorry, no cats due to allergies).

We brought the entire family of adult childrenspouses and grandkids and dogs. Three separate spaces worked out perfectly for varying bed times for the littles versus family gain with the grown ups. Much appreciated three separate garages and dog runs as well.
My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought these homes in Flagstaff because we love the charm and location in the center of things. We are right down Route 66 to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the homes, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
