The Moose Apartments has a life-size Moose statue in the front. The property gate code is provided at check in for entry.

This loft is located on the second floor with better views and no tenants on the top.

Uniquely situated in Memphis Historical Victorian Village as well as the Medical District. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by lush tall trees and historic century old restored villas.

The neighborhood is centrally located and provides easy access to all attractions whether with your own car or Uber/Lyft. Parking is available in our gated front parking area. Additional parking at the 24x7 monitored back parking area. Also, there is plenty of street parking available as well.

Parking: There is a 1-car maximum for the limited gated parking lot. Any additional cars are welcome to use the complimentary rear parking or the street parking. All parking is first-come, first-serve. Note: The parking lot entrance/exit is very narrow for some cars.

We are a small minority owned family business. We support women owned small cleaning business and other local small businesses in Memphis.
We would love to host you as our guest and thank you in advance for understanding our additional house rules:

1. Check in anytime after 4 pm and check out by 11 am. Please reach out if you desire an early check in and we will try to accommodate your request.

2. Smoking of any kind including vapes and marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the studios. We would hate to charge a $200 smoking fee.

3. Please notify owners of any difficulty or problems you incur during your stay. We will make every effort to eliminate these problems or make repairs as soon as possible.

4. Please be mindful of white linens and towels, extra cleaning fee may be applied for permanently stained linens or towels.
