"Peaceful & Sweet" Studio with A/C & Private Bedroom + Local Info & Island Guide
Described by guests as "peaceful and sweet", the "Hala Hale" is an upgrade from the typical studio style condos in the area with a bedroom that has privacy from the other living spaces. This is a top floor apartment with vaulted ceilings for airflow and a balcony overlooking gardens. There's comfortable living area for lounging and a great kitchen and dining space adjacent to the balcony and a pool just out the front entrance. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen bed and the living room with a Queen sofa bed (sleeps 4 total). There is fast WiFi and an HD TV with Roku and free access to Netflix is provided. The bathroom is a large, bright, full bath. A very functional kitchen is equipped with a large sink and counter space for cooking meals in. There is an induction cook top and stocked cupboards full of quality cooking necessities in addition to a microwave/convection combo oven, small refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker (gourmet local, organic coffee provided). Off the kitchen and dining area is the balcony deck overlooking garden with complete privacy from other units. A short and scenic walk will take you to Anini beach or the Princeville Shopping center!
This one bedroom condo is comfortable and clean with nearly every amenity provided.

I’ve lived on Kauai for much of my life. I was born near Tunnels Beach and have always considered the North Shore of Kauai “home”. However, adventures beyond the islands, eventually brought me to the mainland and abroad. I went to school in Santa Cruz California and even got interested in colder climates for a while. Between travels abroad, I worked as an entrepreneur and in various outdoor industries for the better part of a decade, living in amazingly scenic, rural towns. One of my favorite of those towns was Jackson Hole Wyoming, where I lived for several years before moving back to Kauai. It took searching the world to ultimately realize, there’s no place like home.
I truly enjoy passing on the love and reverence I have of my island home to my guests. I offer my local knowledge and recommendations in addition to providing exceptional quality accommodation and service. I've even written an extensive Kauai Guide e-book that I provide exclusively to my guests. I want to ensure that my guests have as much fun and as little worries as possible on their visits to Kauai!
I love offering conscientious travelers an amazing home while they explore the Garden Island, and both my condos are thoughtfully equipped, well located and always kept clean and attended to with lots of love.

What makes this property unique
The "Hala Hale" tastefully and efficiently equipped with everything a visitor might want or need for exploring and enjoying the North Shore of Kauai. Visitors should be able to pack light bags and not have to buy or rent things when they get here to enjoy the area. I make a concerned effort to think of the things my guests might need and provide them in my condo. I love this place and take pride in it, as it was my own home not that long ago. The walls are full of love and great memories!
The condo is positioned strategically in the quietest depths of the Paniolo condo complex, farthest from any road and closest to bordering green belt. The most predominant sound you'll hear is the call of bird songs and the cooling trade winds through the trees. At night you'll hear the crickets and the waves crashing off the Anini reef. This is a quiet and peaceful unit!
