Great stay, would definitely reserve again if in Houston. Location easy to find, safe, outside of house and driveway is all lit with lights. Inside decor is exactly as pictured. I totally enjoyed that the owners leave the small details for guest which was extra paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soup, some simple staples in the kitchen to season food/cook. Coffee, sugar and the extra creamers. Small gestures but nice since most air b&b don’t include much. Place was clean and everything worked as should. Owner is responsive in timely manner and checks on you.

This was my second time to this house as it is one of my favorites in visiting the University of Houston. The location and layout of the house is perfect for spending time with my college student. We love the big couch and catching up on all our favorite shows. We used the kitchen to have a home cooked meal together. The wifi is very fast as I was able to work while they took their last finals. We will be returning for many more visits.

Felt very safe in the neighborhood- glad to get away from Houston traffic. As advertised. Clean. Plenty of towels. Host was very responsive. Good variety of restaurants close by. Only thing I would change is room darkening curtains in the bedroom. A lot of light coming in at night - front and back of apartment.

This is the one you’re looking for

We went to Houston for a couple days to pick our daughter up from UH for the holidays, and anyone that looks for accommodations around that area knows that it can be rough to determine where to stay. This is the place. This property is very cute and EXTREMELY clean. The proximity to UH is very convenient, and we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. There were no issues parking our car in the street. Property managers were very communicative and quick to respond to any inquiry we had. All of this is addition to the very reasonable price will definitely bring us back to this property.

I had requested to book and requested an early check in, which they offer. I gave them a time at which I was showing up and they would not give a clear answer as to if it was done. All I would get back is “we will let you know day of” which should’ve been a red flag. Once there they promised my unit would be a priority for cleaning so I could get that early check in. I did not get an early check in
