About this property

Very nice Two-Bedroom Apartment

We have a beautifully renovated two bedroom apartment with all new furniture, carpeting, tile and refinished hardwood floors. It is decorated in earth tones to add to the relaxing setting that the local area brings. The bedrooms have queen sized beds. The pictures that adorn the walls are watercolor prints of scenes from the Duluth area painted by a local artist. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to feel right at home, including a pizza oven. The dining-room table seats six and there is a kitchen table as well. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The 50 inch TV, cable TV and DVDs are great! Wifi is included.

Stay in Superior, WI

I stayed in this house while doing seasonal work at the Spirit Mountain ski resort in nearby Duluth, MN. The house was prefect. The interior was recently remodeled and is in like-new condition. It is minutes from Spirit Mountain, just across the bridge over St Louis Bay. Superior is a wonderful small town and is adjacent to Duluth. This house is the perfect place from which to launch many vacation adventures.

Nice Getaway

We came to Duluth with our family to visit a good friend. The place was decorated for the holidays and very convient to get to downtown Duluth. The beds were wonderful and there was enough room for our family to move around. We have a 3 & 6 year old and they thought the "cabin" was cool! The kitchen was wonderful and the bathroom was a great size. Having the laundry in the unit was very nice!

Wonderful apartment!!! You will NOT be disappointed!

We visited Duluth following a family wedding in Rochester. Were very, very pleased with our choice of vacation accommodations. This apartment is well-kept, nicely appointed/furnished/decorated, and extremely comfortable. We were delighted at its distance from all the major attractions---just about 3 miles from everything!!! Further, the route to attractions is not bumper-to-bumper. That was a very pleasant surprise for us. The owner of this apartment (Nancy) greeted us upon arrival and acquainted us with the property and area. We've rented via vrbo for decades...multiple times in many years...and have NEVER experienced such warmth and face-to-face attention. Nancy can communicate more about the region in 20 minutes than a person can find on tourism websites in a week! She is an incredibly helpful resource. We highly recommend this apartment without reservations.

Sparkling Clean Apartment ..1000% better than a hotel

We lived in this apartment for one month while helping family in Duluth. Everything is brand new! Full kitchen for easy cooking, washer/dryer, dining room , two bedrooms with comfy beds, new linens, shower is super, big towels, and the huge flat screen TV is the ultimate for sports or movie viewing. Parking is no problem. All activities and attractions in Duluth are minutes away. We hiked/biked the Willard Munger trail, hiked up Enger Tower, walked through Hartley Nature Center, you can see Spirit Mountain from the kitchen window. We visited Lake Superior Brewing Co, Bend Paddle Brewery, attended the Festival of Trees at the DECC, shopped on the Lakefront and Fitgers. Lots of great restaurants to go to..Duluth Grill, Thirsty Pagan in Superior, WI., GB Schneider's and many more. Nancy, the owner, is readily available if you need help or to answer questions. This is the place for you!!! Call her now!!
