Enjoy this home with lots of room and fun for the whole family including your pets. Delight in the private heated, saltwater swimming pool and lanai area that features beautiful sunsets. Multiple beaches within minutes including Manasota Key, Boca Grande, Blind Pass. Located in a community with multiple golf courses. This area boasts various types of local restaurants and shopping that promote the local flavor. Safe and friendly neighborhood in low traffic area.

Bedroom 1: King bed, 55 inch TV, 2 large closets, access to lanai/pool area. Dog bed.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 1 large closet, access to lanai/pool area. Stroller, pack n play, highchair
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds, 1 large closet, children's books/toys
All linens provided for all beds. Including queen sofa bed.
2 Full Bathrooms - One in Master bedroom and 2nd between Bedroom 2 and 3. SHOWERS only. Towels provided.
Living Room is open with multiple seating options, Queen bed in pullout couch, 55 inch TV
Kitchen and Dining room is open concept with all new appliances, countertops and cabinets. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances - dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, standard drip coffee maker, and toaster. Everything you should need for cooking and baking.
Oversized pool deck with screened lanai area, heated saltwater pool, sun loungers, table and chairs, outdoor couch, 50 inch TV, and gas grill.
1 car garage with electric door opener for your convenience. Beach chairs, umbrella and a few beach toys. 2 adult bicycles , I child, 1 toddler.
