This spacious townhome has great gardens surrounding the property which is located on top of just about the only hill in downtown austin giving the home fantastic downtown views of the State Capital Building, The UT Tower and the Downtown Skyline. The house is seconds from Shopping, Eating, Drinking, etc. Three Bedrooms, Two Baths, Three patios, Wifi, Cable, Books, cool old stuff. You will be elated that you found this place.

Austin was Amazing

The stay at this cute townhouse was perfect! We had everything we needed to cook and relax. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to/from ACL easily. All the trinkets around the house were so interesting from the military man's travels around the world. Would highly recommend staying here!

Group of old college buddies reunited for the football game, this place was perfect for us. Mike was welcoming and accommodated our arrival. Spacious property, 3 levels, nice view of downtown from top balcony. It's a rare find!

Loved all three floors

Thank you so much for everything that you did for us during our stay at your lovely home. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly want, with lots of extra, thoughtful details.. The bedding was much more comfortable than we could have expected and the cost was so reasonable. We stayed with our grandchildren and it was great to have all the extra space over an hotel room. Michael has made sure that you feel right at home and is most helpful with any questions. Thanks again for your hospitality, we hope we can stay again soon.

Awesome Austin Townhome

This was a lovely Town home with an awesome view of downtown Austin. Spotless, everything we wanted and more, 5 stars are not enough, and will be in touch with the owners if we ever have to stay in Austin area again ,hope the owners were happy with the way we left it, we tried to leave it as spotless as we found it, thanks again Michael Tashnick. Michael was very helpful and informative.
