Per Sunbird HOA rules, at least one member of the booking party must be 25 years old to reserve this property. Security will check ID's! If entire party is under 25, you will not be able to check-in and your money will not be refunded.

The unit accommodates 4 people (including children of all ages) per HOA and city regulations. If you have more people, you will not be able to check-in and your money will not be refunded.

Sunbird charges a one time $30 parking fee and $6/per person for wristbands, payable upon arrival, either at the gate (in cash), or at the Sunbird office, if you arrive before 5:00 PM. Wristbands must be worn around the property.

Snowbirds welcome December through February for a flexible monthly rate. Inquires welcome. For bookings over 29 days a rental agreement must be signed.
