Duplex has central a/c and private entrance with keypad and parking space under carport
There is full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, keurig coffeemaker and drip coffee maker, toaster, all basic utensils, pots and pans and dinning table with 4 chairs
1.Bedroom - Queen size bed, closet, Tv with Roku, Netflix and work desk.
2.Bedroom - Queen size bed
3.Bedroom - 2x twin bed, closet, tv with Roku and Netflix
Living room - sofa and Tv with Roku and Netflix
Bathroom - big walk in shower, toilet, towels, shampoo, soap.
Laundry room - Washer and dryer, vacuum
When you go to the beach you will have available 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler
Outdoor patio -cabana with table and 6 chairs, grill and another sitting area with one table and 2 chairs
