Quiet area located in a gated community among multi million dollar homes. A short stroll to Carillon Downtown and Market Street with specialty shops and restaurants. A boat launch for enjoying Lake Powell is just steps from your door. Awesome amenities including sauna and exercise room. Two pools (one heated with poolside grill), tennis courts and bbq grills. Located beach front and next to Camp Helen State park. *No pets and no smoking in the condo or on the balcony*.

This condo was one of the best I have ever stayed in at Pinnacle Port and I have been going there for at least the past 15 years. I will definitely be looking to book this particular condo every time. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The bed is super comfortable and so was the sofa sleeper. This condo has been updated and is gorgeous. Being on the second floor is also a huge perk. I can’t wait to go back!
