Fun in the sun

Home was well maintained and quiet and comfortable and clean. Location is convenient with plenty of options for dining close by. Owners were attentive and helpful with any questions. Would definitely recommend.

frigid Florida

storm damage eliminated lanai / fence and pool heater offline for several days, but property is well-maintained with excellent facilities and amenities

Everything is great with guests. All guests been notified of the lanai (pool enclosure) not currently being installed during their stay due to high demand from the company installing the cage. There’s no such mentioned of fence around the property. In good faith and judgment we installed an in ground to lease the dogs when outside. Pool maintenance, it happens but we had service calls and was taken care of right away. Very upfront guests overall and things happened and we were proactive about taking care of the situations right away. Thank you!
