The Space:
Location and Luxury! Those words could not be more true when describing this 6-bedroom, 4 and a half bath beach house located in the Shore Club community in North Myrtle Beach.
This raised beach house features 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, private elevator, 1 half bathroom, private pool, The living room TV does have basic cable (all other TV's in the house are Smart Tv's and do not have cable) multiple balconies with marsh / inlet views, oversized living room, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer and dryer, and enough bedding to accommodate 12 guests!
On the first floor of the beach house, the first bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, smart TV, and access to a full bathroom.
The second bedroom on the first floor is a bit smaller, but perfect for 2 guests and features a full-size bed, dresser, and smart TV.
On the second floor of the house, the 3rd bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, smart TV, and access to a full bathroom.
The 4th bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and access to a jack-and-jill bathroom that is shared with the 5th bedroom. There is a small closet for storage in this bedroom.
The 5th bedroom is perfect for 2 guests and features a full-size bed, dresser, and smart TV. The jack-and-jill bathroom is accessible from this bedroom. Located on the back side of the house, this bedroom also has access to the rear porch that overlooks the marsh. The balcony features seating, ceiling fans, and access to the elevator. This is a really cool, relaxing part of the house!
The 6th bedroom is also perfect for 2 guests and features a queen-size bed, dresser, and smart TV. Guests will also have access to a full-size bathroom from this bedroom. Located on the back side of the house, this bedroom also has access to the rear porch that overlooks the marsh. The balcony features seating, ceiling fans, and access to the elevator.
Guests can enjoy a partial ocean view from the top balcony. Our guests also enjoy having access to the marsh. You can kayak or paddle board from the dock to the ocean within 5-10 minutes!
There is enough parking under the house for approximately 4-5 vehicles!
Guest Access:
Welcome to the ultimate relaxation destination at Harmony Oasis. Guests can enjoy a partial ocean view from the top balcony. Enjoy the private pool in the backyard. Grill up something delicious to share and watch the sunset over the marsh. Our guests also enjoy having access to the marsh. You can kayak or paddle board from the dock to the ocean within 5-10 minutes!
The Neighborhood:
This beach house is in a prime location in North Myrtle Beach. It is located in a serene, quiet residential area. In addition to the amenities within walking distance of the house, we are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Little River, Wilmington, and Murrells Inlet. Guests love location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort, you can walk to the beach or enjoy the following attractions or restaurants.
This house is literally just down the street from the beach and a short walk or ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions like Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, House of Blues, Barefoot Landing, Carolina Vineyards Winery, Hamburger Joes, and so much more! These attractions are all less than a mile from the property!
Myrtle Beach Convention Center is 11 miles from the vacation home, whileBroadway at the Beach is 10.9 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Myrtle Beach International Airport, 15.9 miles from Harmony Oasis.
Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by Casanita have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged).

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.
Extra services such as early check-ins, late check-outs, romantic packages, birthday packages are available.
ADDITIONAL FEES: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspection, and office teams and often inconvenience our next incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.
NON SMOKING: Harmony Oasis is a smoke-free / tobacco-free vacation experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and outside areas. The use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or the property, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT: Violators will be subject to a minimum of a $250 fine and additional cleaning costs may pertain.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire with us directly for more information on the availability of these units.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
