Long beach walks add to the serenity and charm of this special property. Interior recently updated with new furniture, new Bosch kitchen appliances, and all new linens, etc. New central air conditioning will keep you cool. This is the ultimate beach house! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Refundable $2,000 Security Deposit. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great home in Yarmouth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home on 24 Whale Road was wonderful! The house was clean, spacious and had all the towels, linens, supplies you could imagine. The beach was quiet, sandy and beautiful and really great gentle waves for the kids. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.
