The property was very nice and very clean. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and cozy living area. It was within walking distance of the beach, and close to restaurants, shops, and bars. We enjoyed our stay here..

Only one block from the beach with plenty of parking. Very clean unit and two very nice bedrooms. Perfect for a holiday spot, and convenient to lots of restaurants. Property manager was very communicative and instructions for access were spot on. Would highly recommend.

Mother's Day Weekend

This was a great location for us because we could walk to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed from beach towels to a Keurig with K cups! I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect getaway

We were there visiting our son and location was good. The place is very clean and accomodating. Kitchen, living room bedrooms and bathroom were very adequate and comfortable. Washer and dryer was a plus. They were working on the roads and replacing the lines on the street while we were there but we worked around it and when finished will be nice for parking. Overall a very beautiful place to stay. We would definitely come back.

The place was cozy and comfortable.i went to visit my daughter at UNF and we stayed there and it was perfect. The host was so sweet and never got mad no matter how many times I called her about the lock I was not smart enough to work..lol. Great stay.
