Owner is a very good and welcoming communicator. Responds quickly to questions. Neighborhood did not seem to be one to walk around in but we used Uber and the things we wanted to visit were easily accessible. House was secure and clean.

The listing title is completely accurate: charming craftsman cottage. The interior is very comfortable, plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was amply outfitted for cooking, although we didn't use the charcoal grill. It sits on a dead-end street in a residential neighborhood, and people seemed friendly. We would stay here again! 4 stars for the neighborhood only because a block or two east felt a little run-down. But the immediate street was nice.
