April Maui Trip

We have stayed at the Kihei Surfside a couple of other times and we love this property. This was our first time using Ali’i. We were told to call as soon as we picked up our rental car so there would be someone to greet us at the condo. We called and there was no one there so we waited for 20 minutes and called again. We were texted the access code for the door and told that someone would be there shortly. We waited for another half hour and still no one showed up. We were also told that we would get a phone call the next morning to make sure everything was perfect. We never got a call. The safe didn’t work. I don’t need to be greeted in person. Just keep it simple. Text me the access code and leave me a phone number. I will say that we were given free late check out which we greatly appreciated. Other than the failed check in process, we greatly enjoyed our stay.
