We absolutely loved it! The condo was fully furnished with everything you could need! You are in walking distance to great restaurants (Highly recommend Nalus!) and grocery stores. We will definitely be staying here again!

We were thrilled! Joe has thoughtfully provided everything you could need, his renovation is tastefully done, and there is direct access to a sandy beach just steps away. The uninterrupted view of the water and the sunsets from his balcony made for a perfect start and end to each day. We paid a little more to stay here but it has become our favorite place in Kihei.

Joe was a great host and responded quickly to questions. The property was amazing with such a great ocean and sunset view! Super short walk to a grocery store and several restaurants near by. Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends.

No complaints, just praise. Beautiful condo, beautiful view with easy walk to the beach, and located just a couple blocks from restaurants and shops. We’ll choose this one again next time we’re visiting our daughter in Kīhei.

This oceanfront condo in Kihei is a gem! The view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was convenient not only to the beach right in front, but also to many shops and restaurants. The space was immaculate - and I have high standards. Nice A/C units, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels - what more could you ask for? Probably the cleanest property rental I have ever stayed in. Walking along the secluded, adjacent beach is somewhat limited as you run out of sand eventually, but we drove a short 5-10 minutes to larger beaches a few times. If you want a beautifully renovated space with amazing sunset views over the ocean, this is it!

Choosing this property for our home away from home during our visit to Maui was the best decision of our entire Hawaiian voyage thus far. Immaculate rooms, great amenities, and unbeatable proximity to the ocean. We listened to the waves crash every morning and night, and had easy access to everything Maui has to offer during the day. I did not want to leave this place!* Pro tip: This complex also has easy access to laundry in the breezeway for just a few bucks, so don't let in-room units sway you to another property!

Very convenient location and amazing view! The pictures don’t do it justice. AC units were there but not needed due to the great ocean breeze at night. Joe was amazingly response and accommodating. Hoping to come back sooner than later.

The location (right on the beach) was excellent and the condo was extremely clean. We found the bed to be comfortable (foam mattress) after my husband’s back surgery. Joe also made sure we had a couple extra pillows due to post surgery needs.

We were here exactly during a huge Kona Low storm. It rained with gale force winds for days and flooded the entire area. This was a great place to be stuck! We didn’t see sunsets, but would have if not for the storm. We did see whales from our lanai and turtles on the beach.
