This beautiful Third Floor (top floor) beachfront vacation rental sleeps up to 8 guests and is available Saturday to Saturday for 7 Night Rentals. 3290 Scenic Highway 98 Unit 311B Destin FL 32541. All modern renovations have been extensive in order to provide fortunate guests with all the comforts of home. The gourmet kitchen has been designed to provide plenty of room to prepare and prep your favorite meals including a KitchenAid under-counter ice machine. The WIFI has been updated to a multi-channel mesh system.Beach Service is included and provides two chairs and one umbrella per day March 1st through October 31st. Parking for two vehicles only. No boats, trailers, campers, RV’s, motor homes, jet-skis. GOLF CARTS OK!

This is a great location. Beach service is great because you’re not having to sit super close with others. You don’t have to fight to find a parking spot. You’re a short walk from restaurants and shopping.

Destin Beach Family Trip

The host Ryan was superb and so easy to work with. The amenities offered at this place were high quality and very thorough. The location on the beach was priceless for our family. The staff and other guests were all pleasant, parking was always available.

Condo is amazing! Beautifully decorated with a fun beachy vibe. Views from the balcony are gorgeous as you listen to the waves roll in. We were lucky enough to see a group of dolphins swim past on three seperate mornings and again the morning of our departure. We sat on the balcony drinking our coffee as six dolphins played and swam past, like they were bidding us farewell. Pretty awesome! Beach chairs and umbrella setup every morning for you to enjoy the day at the private beach in front of the condos. Very relaxing and chill vibe. We had an incredible vacation here and would highly recommend staying at this condo to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation getaway spot. A from us. We would definately stay here again.

Labor Day Vacation

This place was great. Very clean and comfortable. The location in proximity to everything was a plus too. A Yeti cooler and ice machine in the unit is included for beach time- Great touch. Only down side was there wasn’t dressers to put away your clothing. Not that big of a deal. I would definitely recommend staying here!
