☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This modern vacation rental has two spacious bedrooms, and the layout is perfect for small families, a few friends, or business travelers. The bedrooms offer privacy and space after a long day in the city.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed with pillow top mattress, gorgeous hardwood floors, and a smart TV. The cool blue accent wall adds a pop of color to the space, and the high-end linens plus white noise machine will have you falling fast asleep before you know it.

The second bedroom is equally as comfortable with a memory foam queen-sized bed, earthy color tones, and a window allowing plenty of natural light.

Both bedrooms have tower fans and dressers so you can unpack your suitcases and feel at home.

This home has one full bathroom recently upgraded to provide an elegant space to unwind or prepare for the day. It includes a tub/shower combo and a mirrored vanity with plenty of storage for all your bathroom essentials. The water pressure is excellent, the towels are soft, and the lighting is perfect for ensuring your hair, makeup, and outfit look their best.

While this house is just minutes from some of the best restaurants and most popular places in Columbus, there may be nights when you want to stay in and cook a homemade meal. On these occasions, you'll be thankful for the full kitchen and all its gadgets, stainless steel appliances, and utensils.

A seamless blend of white accents and chrome finishes, the kitchen boasts a microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a Brita water filter. The full-size fridge is big enough to hold all of your groceries. Small details like a spice rack, Keurig coffee cups, a gourmet knife set, and a pantry full of small kitchen appliances will help you feel right at home. The candy dispenser is a nice touch too!

Enjoy a family dinner with enough seating for 6 at the kitchen table.

The living room is a stylish hangout space with murals, neon lights, and great natural lighting (perfect for selfies). A hanging rope swing in the corner is ideal for checking emails or reading a book.

The leather sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed and invites you to watch your favorite shows on the TV (streaming services are not provided but feel free to log in to your accounts). Take advantage of the Bluetooth speaker and a variety of kids' story books and coloring books. A plush area rug adds texture to the hardwood floors, and two earthy green armchairs provide additional seating.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
If you love to entertain, you'll love the big backyard. Open the door from the kitchen and dining room area and step into your own outdoor entertainment space. Here you'll find tall mature trees that cast pockets of shade throughout the backyard, a designated patio with outdoor dining furniture, and plenty of room to run and play.

Rope lights add a twinkling glow to the backyard, and a hammock is a perfect place for a nap in the shade. Challenge friends or family to a game of cornhole, or bring some snacks and a bottle of wine out to the fire pit and share your day adventures laid back in the Adirondack chairs. However you choose to entertain, this private backyard is a great place to do it.

Guest access
As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself. The rental is on one half of a ranch duplex. There is one step up into the unit. Each side has separate and private entrances.

Feel free to use the amenities in the home, including the washer and dryer in the basement, the fast WiFi, barbecue, laptop-friendly workstations, and yard games (corn hole, hillbilly golf/ladder ball, Spikeball, and more).

We also offer many family-oriented amenities, including a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and many more. The space is not baby-proofed, but many baby safety items are available for your setup and use. Please see the amenity list for stocked items.

Streaming services are not provided. Please feel free to log in to your accounts. The Roku TV in the living room has a guest mode available. Do remember to log out before checking out. You can set the dates, and the TV will automatically log you out.

There is private parking right on the property in the two designated spots. Follow the sidewalk with pathway lights to the front of the building. We have had neighbors complain about previous guests' noise when they walked in the driveway between the neighboring duplex.

Please help us to be good neighbors and respect their privacy by using the sidewalk with pathway lights. Thank you!

We do have a strict cancellation policy. We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

From here, you're just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the vibrant art and Cultural District of downtown Columbus.


While we appreciate your interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit.

There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house.

Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities-
We do not allow smoking inside but DO allow approved dogs in our properties. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the unit is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds based on any triggered sensitivities.



Other things to note


Avoidable fees:

•$750 avoidable fee for unauthorized parties or events
•No glitter or confetti allowed, $300 avoidable fee if found in property
•$500 avoidable fee for smoking inside, you may smoke outside. Sensors in the house will detect cigarette and marijuana smoke
•Extra Person beyond the number of authorized guests reserved is subject to $75 per person per night fee. Persons on the premises past 9PM are subject to additional guest fees.
•$200 unauthorized late checkout avoidable fee
•$250 fee for unauthorized commercial photography or videography. Please Contact us for our hourly rates if you wish to take photos or video at the property.
•The use of tape on the home’s walls, ceilings, and furnishings is not permitted.
•Tampering with, unplugging and/or covering of Ring cameras, noise monitoring devices and smoke monitoring devices is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund


Pet rules and avoidable fees:

* Dogs only, no other pets allowed. Requires approval before booking.
*$100 per dog pet fee

* Two dogs max with combined weight less than 100lbs
* Must be over 1 year old
* Prohibited per insurance: An animal or pet that is vicious or has previously bitten or injured, or if any occupant has a dog of the breed shown: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Any Wolf Hybrid, any mix of these breeds.
* Undisclosed pet fee $500 and grounds for reservation termination without refund depending on severity of situation.
