Enjoy beautiful ocean views from this well loved home. Located between Sandspur Trail and Silversides Trail, this home is in a prime location.

The blue and white inspired theme throughout the house pairs with the ocean and this island paradise. Upstairs bedroom is Queen bed, Downstairs has two King bedrooms and 1 full bedroom with day bed - great for children. The ocean vistas surround you from the upper deck overlooking the unobstructed ocean views. Wrap around open and covered porches are the main theme of this classic Carolina Beach Cottage. Soak in the sun from the lounge chairs on the upper deck, or enjoy some covered shade on the 1st floor deck. Outdoor dining table on top deck for dinners watching sunset!

We do not maintain or advertise bicycles at the home, you may rent bikes at Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge on the Island. A BHI Club Membership is available but not included.

Can’t beat the Sunsets

We took a chance on this house. The location was perfect close to everything and easily access the beach with a 5 minute walk. The porch was the high light the sunsets, breeze and views of the water is what made this house worth it, making it easy to look past how horrible the beds were. My mom is in her 80 with trouble getting up and down stairs. Having a bedroom and bath on the main living space was perfect for her. Being on BHI is special and the staff helped make it special. The price was a little high for how outdated the house was. But your not paying for lux your paying for the view! Both the property manager and her assistant were helpful with answering minor questions and quick to respond. We would define toy stay here again if the opportunity presented itself again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 401 k is a lovely home that checks all the boxes-great location, beautiful ocean views, a well stocked kitchen, super clean , and well appointed. The reverse floor plan that offers two levels of shaded deck fit our family of five perfectly. The rental service was also very attentive when we had a minor cart issue and they fixed things immediately.
