Some of Seattle's top attractions like the Space Needle are visible from the home's third-story deck. When you'd prefer to explore these attractions - they are all within quick driving distance!

Making it an ideal rental for extended families or large friend groups, the home boasts a separate basement unit with its own essentials.

Full of color, old-world charm, and warm wooden accents, the interior of Spacious and Gracious boasts a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating rooms, and an expansive dining table for family-style meals. A fireplace is available for chiller evening reading sessions, and the separate beverage station offers a perfect spot to pour a glass of wine. Those traveling for work will appreciate the work desks available in two of the bedrooms. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, and a great collection of books.

Outside, enjoy the lovely weather from the arboretum-like yard, complete with a pond, a gas grill, and alfresco dining.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
