Our home sits right at the edge of Cherry Point on Gwynn’s Island and has room to accommodate large families (pooches too).

Enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the Chesapeake from the deck or sunroom. Play a game, read a book, or sit outside and listen to the water. Take a peaceful walk or ride to one of two community beaches or peers.

The house was immaculate and the views are top notch! The furniture is comfortable and clean. The kitchen had most of what we needed for preparing our meals, but fell a little short in missing items like baking sheets and muffin tins. But we had a very pleasant stay in a dog friendly house and on a dog friendly island!

Amazing location and view of water! We had a great time. House was very clean and close to family that we were spending 4th of July with. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. Check-in was seamless and communication with Tony was excellent.

Beautifully appointed Bayside home, with gorgeous views. Excellent location on a quiet corner of the island, with nearby piers and beach. The sunroom is ideal for remote working with sweeping views of the Bay.

House was amazing, very well maintained and clean. We did our best to leave it the same.

Great for a quiet escape, which was our goal. Remote location, but still within 30 min of good restaurants.

My sons and I loved this house and fell in love with Gwynn Island. The beautiful Chesapeake Bay was literally feet from the doors and soothed me to sleep every night. The house itself is gorgeous and extremely clean. The owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. Can’t wait to go back one day.

Quite clean and relaxing

Perfect place to unwind. The house was roomy, well maintained and clean. When we did need some assistance wit a few items the host was caring and responsive.I'd recommend adding the golf cart, it's a great way to tour parts of the island and getting to the beaches.

Wonderful & kind hosts, beautiful property

We were unfortunately in town for a family funeral. Both Tony and his wife were so sweet and helpful. They sent us kind words and condolences and even sent over an iron at the last minute when our steamer wasn’t working. The house and property were beautiful - the view and sounds of the water were peaceful.and soothing. The house was also exceptionally clean! We would definitely stay again!

It is a beautiful home and great vista of the bay! Quiet area and friendly people.Plenty of room for the dogs and having 2 crates available in the garage is a nice touch. We were there for a quick, peaceful getaway so we didn't use the golf cart or kayaks but they are available. A few little bumps were the smoke detector going off in the middle of the night as the batteries were old,and no real dish towels, and the cleaning crew coming an hour earlier than stated. But we would happily use it again. Great for a family or small group of friends. Nice beach area and preserve for beach walking nearby.

Great house with an amazing view

We had a wonderful time staying on Gwynn island. Everything was better than expected. The house was extremely clean and everything was done to make us all feel at home. A big plus is they are pet friendly. We brought our 11 month golden retriever with us and she had plenty of room in the back yard to play. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe feeling. We enjoyed leaving our bedroom door to the deck open and listening to the water crash against the rocks and hearing the sea gulls. It is the perfect location for watching the sunrise and sunset. If we ever do another family vacation, we will be going back.

Not very happy.There was no ice maker.The Tv you couldnt get local channels only The pier was a good walk away.The private beaches you had to drive to get to them.Couldnt fish at the house because of the rocks.Had too climb over to retrieve a fish if you caught one.Lost alot of tackle that way.Fell one time on the rocks and injured my ankle.Wife couldt climb on the rocks too fish.Id never recommend it to my friends.

Tony was accommodating and responsive as I booked the property and we had a lovely stay at Still Waters Point. It was peaceful and what fabulous views. One day I was sipping my coffee and looked out to see the largest great blue heron I have ever seen in my life. He was just a few steps from the sun room. Everything worked great and the house was spacious. The bikes were an added plus and we even got out and kayaked. The area is really neat and the community docks were great for my "fishing nut" of a son. We would love to come back some day!

This was our second year staying at this amazing house, and we will definitely be back! The house was perfectly clean, ready for us, and has stunning views of the Chesapeake Bay and sunsets. It’s wonderfully pet friendly, and Tony was super helpful as always. Highly recommend!
