Located in the heart of Boyne Falls and just one mile from Boyne Mt resort! This historical building is over 120 years old and is a staple in the town! Our guests can enjoy all that Boyne Mt has to offer and also enjoy a spacious house to themselves!



The Space:

This historical building is over 120 years old and is a staple in the town! Enjoy a full kitchen, large living room, 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, private back yard and MORE!



Guest Access:

We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo.



The Neighborhood:

The town is quaint, but don't let that fool you! It is equipped with everything for a great stay! The Boyne Mt resort has endless fun for you and your group- if you'd like to "play" off resort grounds there are a few restaurants and a small convenient store down the road for groceries and things you may need!



Interaction with Guests:

If you need assistance during your stay, the fastest way to reach us is through your booking platform messaging system (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Hopper, etc.). You are also welcome to text us directly — please include the condo you are staying in and the name on your reservation so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Our team is fully staffed Monday through Friday, and we also have an after-hours emergency team available for urgent situations.

Unique stay with lots of room

Great location, right across the street from a park so it was easy to take a walk and enjoy the evening. Lots of room and easy check in and out process.

We had no issues checking in and just stayed for one night while passing through so it was what we needed it to be. However it was very different from what we expected… we expected a condo or multi unit house while this was basically an old store they turned into a living space. The layout was very weird and there is one set of stairs that takes you up high to a second level with more rooms. There were no amenities whatsoever (coffee, cookware, etc) but towels and bedding were satisfactory. Communication with the sellers was minimal as I could tell that every message I sent was responded by AI (i.e. the answers were not in response to a simple question) so I am not sure I ever talked to a real person. Overall I felt like it was very overpriced for what we got but if you are looking for just a place to sleep, this place will be just fine!

Cute and cozy

We had a very nice stay. I was worried about the parking but you can fit 4 cars into the driveway. For those who do not know how to use a stove and oven, there is not a microwave.I would rent this property again.
