Casita is a cozy little house, half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles, next door to Pismo Beach, California. It is completely furnished and equipped. It has two bedrooms , and one bath with tub and shower. It has a decorative gas fireplace, and high speed internet. Use of a spa and deck (adults only) in beautiful garden setting. Washer/dryer, a Jen Air stove top, 3 color cable televisions, tile in kitchen and bathroom, otherwise all wood flooring.

Casita is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and dunes. It sits in front of another house and a shared, fenced-off spa/deck area.

Casita is just a few minutes walk to golf courses, nightclubs, restaurants, and shopping. Train from San Diego and many other points south stops in Grover Beach!

Since rented 30 day minimum, an application is required. Rates vary. Summer months have a higher rate. One year lease has a lower rate.

Walking distance to lots of things, beach, butterfly grove, and train station to all points south. Have lunch in Santa Barbara via spectacular ocean route viewed going in the morning and again coming back in the afternoon. Enjoy spa under the night sky, amid rustling bamboo.

What makes this property unique

Casita is nestled in a working class, safe, sea-side community. There is a small cottage on the back of the lot that shares the laundry and spa. The spa is used on a time share basis, always available within an hour.
