You'll Love our property - designed and built for recreation, comfort and escape! All living space on the 2nd floor: 4 Bedrooms with 2 deluxe twin beds each have exactly what you need. Slow down and savor the river, the mountains, eagles and more while you grill on the premium barbecue from the wraparound deck. The gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, stereo system and bar with ice maker are perfect for indoor relaxing, entertaining and family fun.

Our on-site manager can suggest fishing guides. Chest freezer available for your fish!

Our location is half way between Anchorage and Homer for salt-water fishing. Great Alaska adventure is all around you: Kenai Lake with its unique blue waters, hiking trails, destination world class fishing. Seward is 1-1/2 hours away with its famous aquarium, wildlife viewing and glaciers.

A very comfortable and well-appointed bunk house. The local area is very nice, with a small store just minutes away for your essentials and an evening ice cream run! Would definitely stay here again.

Great house. Close to where we wanted to fish. It’s by the river but can’t really fish there. Took ferry across and fished there. Host was really nice and very responsive. Would love to come back and stay again one day.

This place is amazing!! What a view!! We spent 4 nights and had everything we needed. Best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. Close to everything we did - including fishing, golfing, visiting the local drinking and food establishments, we even checked out the Cooper Landing museum.Only difficulties we had were initially finding the place, and the living quarters being upstairs . . . but it forced us to get some needed cardio in!! Would recommend staying here as one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at!

Second time staying here and love it

Very conveniently located in Cooper Landing. Beautiful view of the Kenai river. Tons of room for groups. Large and handy kitchen. Can't wait to be back.

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed a 10-day Alaska family vacation in Cooper Landing. The house was wonderful in its accommodation and location on the Kenai Peninsula. Would highly recommend!

Very nice home, beautiful scenery, & the location was perfect for us. We watched fishermen, bears, eagles, ducks, moose, float boats & enjoyed the local shops & establishments very easily with our vehicle. We would definitively stay here again.. Thank you!!

Cooper Landing Wedding

Our stay at the bunkhouse was wonderful. It’s a beautiful location with great windows looking out on the Kenia River. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the large gourmet kitchen. It has everything you need for cooking and serving a family plus! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Property and experience was fantastic! Home was exactly as seen in photos. Host was incredibly friendly, helpful and provided great local recommendations. Conveniently located for river fishing and many restaurants within a mile. Home had everything we needed! We’d all stay here again!

5 star in all respects. Large space, bathrooms and showers up and down. Clean and the basement was a real plus for all your extra gear like fishing equipment. Has everything you need , all updated furnishings , one of the best properties we have ever rented.

Perfect layout, stunning location!

We stayed at this well appointed house for over a month for a job in the area. Outstanding views of the mountains, kenai River and eagles nests. Quality construction and furnishings, very clean. Thank you very much Madison. Excellent communication with our host Bruce.

Fishing trip

There were four of us. We each had our own space, which was super nice when half of the party was going fishing at 4 in the morning. The house had everything! It was clean, comfortable, and worth the price.

Great place

This home was perfect for our family of 5 and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The kitchen was filled with everything possible. Great location for some fishing in the area and day trips to Seward. The marker number for the house was a bit hard to find as it was hidden in leaves and the rooms got quite warm at night, fans would be nice to have on hand. Also, we rented fishing gear but didn't have a place to hang waders to dry, that would be a nice addition as well. Other than those suggestions, this place was perfect and clean.

Kenai vacation

The property was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We loved the deck and the views after long days fishing, and sightseeing. The property manager was wonderful and could be reached at a moment's notice. The owner was very gracious and invited us to enjoy a snack and an evening drink on his deck which provided gorgeous views of the river. We cannot say enough great things about our stay. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to the Kenai River.

Fishing in Alaska

The trip was a graduation gift for our twin boys from High School. Another family also joined us once we told them what we were doing. This is my 15th year of comming to Cooper Landing, but staying at at resort all other times. This place, by far, is the best idea ever. It was like walking into your second home. Set up well for the fisherman or sight seer alike. We will be returning to this property again....working on dates with my boys and the other family.

Great accommodations and supplies. Very clean. Only a couple issues - there is really no river access and that was an issue for the friends that thought they'd be fishing from the bank and the 2nd bathroom in basement was an issue. Twin beds for 2 couples wasn't the best for us but that's my fault for not catching that in the description. There is 1 double bed. Deck was wonderful to watch wildlife and great views!
