About this property
Incredible Views of the Kenai River and Mountains, Home sits on 5 Private acres!
This newly built (2016) three story, 2400 square foot, three bedroom, 2.5 bath home has the absolute best view of any rental in Cooper Landing. The home sits on 5 private acres where views of Kenai Lake, River and mountains can be enjoyed from the large deck off the back of the home. Enjoy cooking in the state of the art kitchen or eat out in one of Cooper Landings fine restaurants. Lounge in your lazy boy recliner while you take in an amazing view from the second floor living room. Bald eagles and Doll sheep can be seen from the property.
There are three bedrooms, all contain beds and dressers hand crafted with native Alaskan wood. The bar top is Sitka Spruce.
If you intend on fishing for salmon, a large freezer is present for storage. (no fish cleaning on premises however). Enjoy hiking the Slaughter Ridge trail or Resurrection trail pass which can be accessed easily from Langille Rd. The home is located lust minutes from the Kenai River and shopping yet feels remote and secluded.
Directions from Anchorage: Take route AK-1 South towards Seward. Follow this route all the way to Cooper Landing. When you see Kenai lake on your left in Cooper Landing start preparing to look for Bean Creek Road on the right side. Bean Creek road is just before the Kenai Bridge that goes across the outlet of Kenai lake and River. When on Bean Creek Road look for Slaughter Ridge Road and take a right. Take you next right on Langille road.
From there look for a rock embankment on the left hand side. Once just past that on the right will be 18533 Langille road. Turn into the driveway and take the right fork at the Y. That will lead you to our home, " Kenai Heaven".

Happy Alaska!
My name is Stefanie and I am the owner of Cooper Landing Vacation Rentals and Cooper Landing Vacations. I manage this incredibly beautiful property and several other homes in the area. I pinch myself daily and cannot believe that I actually get to live and work here.
The "Kenai Heaven" home will not disappoint! It has probably one of, if not the best view in all of Cooper Landing in my opinion and that of many guests who have visited.
I absolutely love Cooper Landing and the friendly people who also live and work here. I have travelled all across the States and overseas and can honestly say this place will change you like no other. I came here several years ago for a summer and never left. I get so excited for my guests who come to experience this special place. I love to help people plan and make their Alaskan dreams come a reality!
