Smith Mountain Lake Waterfront Retreat w/ Hot Tub, Pool Table, & Games

Come enjoy a relaxing stay at WakeNLake! You'll find a short, flat walk down to the dock (no crazy stairs or steep hills!) Only a 13 minute drive from Food Lion & Dollar General, ~15 minute drive to multiple restaurants, & 16 minute drive from the Bridgewater Marina, WakeNLake is both on the water and close to what ever you may need!
The space
WakeNLake has a total of 7 beds: 4 twin sized in one room, 2 full sized in another, and 1 queen in the master. Each bedroom features Roku TVs and plenty of storage.

There are 2.5 baths, with 1 full bath located in the master bedroom.

The dining room, kitchen, and living room have nice high ceilings, with plenty of space and seating for guests.

There are 2 covered outdoor spaces offering beautiful views of the lake-great places to enjoy your morning coffee and meals throughout the day.

The dock is just an easy, short walk from the house. Boat and jet ski rentals are nearby. Boat lift is not available for guest use. Fishing poles and life jackets in the boat house are available for guests-just bring your own fishing line and lures.

There are 2 kayaks available for use.

On the grounds there is a picnic table and fire pit with 6 chairs. Guests will need to provide their own wood for the fire pit.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the Owners Closet & the detached garage. Guests may tie rental boats/jet skis to the dock, but may not use the boat lift. No pets please.

Trash can be taken to either of the waste collection sites: 12341 Moneta Rd. or 1832 Radford Church Rd.
Soiled towels and washclothes can be left in laundry room. Sheets can be left on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was perfect. There was every opportunity to enjoy yourself. The game rooms were awesome, the porches were great. The hot tub, boat dock, etc all provided opportunities for fun, relaxation and conversation.

We used this unit for our Women’s Retreat this year and it was an EXCELLENT experience!! We had an issue with the unit not being serviced before we got there and the owner was on top of it immediately! Communication with the owner was awesome and very hospitable! The hot tub was nice a hot! The unit is very spacious and suitable for a small family/friend getaway! Tip: Bring extra towels, and your own “non stick” cook wear! If we are ever back at the lake we will be booking this unit again!

What a wonderful stay! The host thought of everything. All the appliances you could need. Even had my favorite hot tea in the cupboard. Lots of space. Homey but modern. My 18 year old and her best friend loved the hot tub and all the games. Beds were comfortable and communication with the host was prompt. 10 out of 10.

Great hot tub

Everything was excellent except for the 2 smoke detectors that decided to chirp at 11:00 pm. We had a hard time gettting them disconnected, one we couldn't even get the battery door to open but we didn't have another battery to put in anyways. No fault of the owner. Maybe leave some 9 volt batteries around if it happens again. We loved the hot tub & all the game tables to use. The house was well maintained & very clean.
