Lovely 3 bed/3 bath home on private gated Callawassie Island.Large screened in porch with comfortable seating.
Eat in kitchen, dining room, living room with leather sofa and 2 comfy chairs. Watch tv on the new 65 in wide screen mounted above the gas fireplace.

Master bedroom has king sized bed and 55 in wide screen tv. Bath en suite. First guest room has 2 double beds, en suite bathroom and tv. 2nd guest room has queen bed, tv and a comfortable chair. Bathroom across hall.

If you are a member of the Chechessee Creek Club, it is only a few miles away. Perfect home for golf foursome if cottages at Chechessee are full.

House is located on the 4th hole of Dogwood course on Callawassie.

Fabulous home for golfers or family to enjoy low country. 20 min from Bluffton and Beaufort. 3 night minimum

Excellent house to stay and relax

We had a wonderful time staying in this very nice house. Plenty of room and amenities within the island make it very enjoyable. Tara was amazing with the communication and was very accommodating with the extras. I would stay here again when we come back in the area.

We stayed in a beautiful well stocked home nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Callawassie Island. Owners were quick to answer any questions; staff at the clubs were very friendly and informative; if we were golfers, it would have been the perfect spot. The golf cart was a plus; every where we rode we were greeted with a smile and a wave. The area is centrally located between Ridgeland, Hilton Head and Beaufort.

Perfect for our needs!

Clean, functional, warm and friendly! Staying for our daughter’s wedding, this home made for an intimate setting for family fun. We spent many hours on the beautiful screened in porch watching the beauty outside. Walking distance to the club house for pickle ball was a bonus! The host had everything we needed and more!!!
